Ground Control has strict internal policies in place to ensure that the equality, diversity and dignity of our workforce is protected. These policies promote honesty, ethical behaviour, and a respect for people’s human rights regardless of race, religion, or any other protected characteristics.
We do not tolerate or condone the abuse of human rights within any part of our business, extending to our third parties. To highlight our dedication to promoting diversity, one of our core values is “we value each other”, and this statement is assessed in relation to each employee during the annual reviews, and following this, enhancements are made whenever necessary.
