Ground Control joins the Armed Forces Covenant

Ground Control is proud to be a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant and a holder of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award, showing support for our forces, veterans and their families.

• The Armed Forces Covenant is a commitment to ensure that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, are treated fairly and with the respect due to their service and sacrifice. It ensures that they are not disadvantaged in their everyday lives, particularly when it comes to employment and training.

At Ground Control, we have embedded this commitment throughout our business, from recruitment, development to service delivery. We work hard to ensure that our community is one in which veterans, reservists and their family members can thrive.

We have seen firsthand the commitment, hard work, integrity, and discipline that ex-service personnel bring to our workforce and to civilian life in general. Many of our employees have connections to the armed forces, and we are a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.
