Emma Hindle

Emma has worked in the landscaping sector for over seven years. She is passionate about the environment and making the most of space for the benefit of nature and people.

She is currently Head of Sales and Services for the team and is responsible for our marketing and PR. She develops propositions and solutions for those who need Habitat banks created and/or BNG units and, conversely, for those who would like to use their land for Habitat creation and/or the sale of BNG units. This role spans statutory and voluntary units.

Emma also leads our innovation programme, looking at how to use technology to identify ways to enhance biodiversity across a range of diverse habitats.

During her career, she was recently awarded the prestigious accolade of being one of the Pro Landscaper's ‘30 under 30: The Next Generation’. Emma is also passionate about seeing women’s careers flourish and is a keen advocate for advancing the careers of women in commercial landscaping.

Emma went to university in Lincoln.

She is married and lives in rural Derbyshire, where she enjoys taking time out for walks in the countryside, especially accompanied by her dog.
