Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

In 2019, we were delighted to be awarded the Silver Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). This award reflects our active commitment to making Ground Control a forces-friendly employer.

We have seen firsthand the commitment, hard work, integrity, and discipline that ex-service personnel bring to our workforce and to civilian life in general. Many of our employees have connections to the armed forces, and we are a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.
