Ground Control appoints Neil Simpson as Operations Director, Maintenance
Ground Control, the UK's leading grounds and winter maintenance services provider, has appointed Neil Simpson as Operations Director, Maintenance UK and Ireland. Neil joins from Nurture Group, where he led the grounds maintenance operations after their acquisition of Tivoli where he was the Operations Director.
In his new role, Neil will oversee the strategic direction and operational delivery of Ground Control's Grounds Maintenance division across the UK and Ireland, driving operational excellence, service innovation, and team development across 50,000-plus sites.
He brings two decades of hands-on operations leadership, spanning team management, service delivery, client relationship strategy, MoD and business development. His appointment reflects Ground Control's ambition to strengthen service quality and expand capability across a rapidly growing division.
