Stuart Dillett

Stuart is an accomplished leader with more than two decades of executive experience as an Owner, Managing Director, and Regional Managing Director for a private equity-backed multinational. He is recognised for his ability to scale SMEs into thriving mid-sized and large businesses by driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Stuart joined as Operations Director in 2025 and now serves as Sector Director for Land and Water Solutions. He oversees a diverse portfolio within R&I, including inland waterways, river and rural business, road care solutions, and civil engineering.

With a degree in horticulture and experience operating his own civil engineering and construction business, Stuart combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen. He is committed to hands-on leadership, regularly engaging with teams on-site to understand challenges firsthand and maintain a direct connection with frontline operations.
