Jay  Verjee

Jay Verjee is the founder and managing partner of Addition Capital, a private equity firm established in 2018. He has a diverse background in law, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship, having previously worked as a corporate lawyer at Linklaters and as the CEO of ISE Inc. Verjee's strategic acquisitions and investments have significantly impacted the sectors in which he operates, including online education and energy-efficient motors.

His philanthropic efforts are also evident through his role as Chairman of The Rumi Foundation and his involvement in various charitable initiatives.
