MOD Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme, Gold Award

This award reflects years of work across the business. It recognises the policies and commitments we've put in place, and just as importantly, the real opportunities and support we've created for people in the Armed Forces community.

Our application highlighted:

* Supporting veterans, reservists and military families through our people policies and practices
* Running our Veterans Network and raising awareness of it across the business
* Building Armed Forces-friendly recruitment approaches, including support for service leavers
* Giving reservists dedicated support as they balance military and civilian careers
* Embedding Armed Forces Covenant principles in our supply chain, through supplier engagement, supplier meetings and our Supplier Code of Conduct
* Encouraging other organisations to sign the Covenant themselves
