Ground Control smashes winter maintenance record with highest number of gritting visits yet

Multi award-winning specialist external maintenance and commercial landscaping company Ground Control has carried out a record-breaking number of gritting visits this winter season. The company made 325,000 visits during the winter months to make roads and estates safe this winter, smashing their previous record of 221,000. The exciting news follows some of the harshest conditions the UK has seen in years, with storms, heavy snow and freezing temperatures continuing well into April.
