Ground Control present the HAM Awards
Barbra Chapman is presented her first place award by Max Smilie and Lewis Pollock.
Ground Control recently engaged in the Havebury Area Monitor (HAM) awards as we presented the top three prizes to residents! Lewis Pollock and Max Smilie, both Contract Supervisors at Ground Control, visited Havebury to present the awards which saw Barbra Chapman pick up the top prize of £70 worth of retail vouchers!
The event was organised to thank all those residents that had volunteered as HAMs over the past year. This involved carrying out random audits on Ground Control sites on the Havebury contract within the Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill areas. The HAMs also helped by suggesting further improvements that could be made within their communities.
Max was delighted to have been involved in this community event;
“We are always aiming to deliver the highest standards of customer service. We are proud of what we do and are constantly looking for ways to improve our service, which is why we were delighted to be able to work alongside the residents of Havebury Housing.”
Lewis went on to reiterate the importance of building lasting relationships with our people;
“Caring for our environment and our people is imperative to what we do as a business. We love to engage in community projects and this was another fantastic project that we were proud to be involved in.”
