Nationwide blue and green surface water management
Ground Control has been designing and delivering SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) projects since 2012, following the introduction of the planning requirements that came into force.
Services include:
- Delivery of porous hard surfaces including macadams, paving, and gravel-filled grid systems for pedestrian and vehicular use.
- Water capture in rain gardens to remove or control water from the statutory drainage systems returning it to the ground.
- Opportunities to improve the environment for the public with a dedicated Biodiversity department, using Natural England’s Biodiversity Metric (3.1) to advise clients on how best maximise their BNG capabilities.
