Habitat Units for Cambridge Investment Partnership
Cambridge Investment Partnership has acquired habitat units from the Ground Control Devana Centre for Environmental Recovery to support their Orchard Park development in Cambridge. The purchase of these units will help create 75 affordable homes that use green technology, such as air source heat pumps, and incorporates biodiverse green roofs. The units at Devana are Section 106 approved and the site is working with Natural Cambridgeshire’s ambition to double land managed for nature across the region.
